100 Days of Kindy
It was the party you did not want to miss. And the best thing? Everyone was invited!
Excited Kindergarten students celebrated 100 Days at ÁñÁ«¹ÙÍø from their homes.
Each student received a special '100 Days of ÁñÁ«¹ÙÍø' party pack in the mail with their own party hat to make and decorate, a certificate, and a Race to 100 game to play with their families. Some families even made special cakes for the occasion.
Mrs Rita Boys-Smith, Acting Head of Junior ÁñÁ«¹ÙÍø said, "100 Days of ÁñÁ«¹ÙÍø has been a long tradition at CCGS. It's a time to celebrate our youngest students as they reach this milestone. There was no way we were going to let our Kindy's miss out!"
Kindy students and teacher came together online for 100 second challenges, guessing competitions and musical statues. Home learning was 100 times more fun.
Mrs Amanda Williamson, Kindergarten Coordinator added, "We wanted every child to feel special and cared for by our ÁñÁ«¹ÙÍø community. Our Kindergarten students have done so well over the year and especially well during remote learning. We wanted to celebrate them."
CCGS is creating a wonderful keepsake for each child featuring all their peers' 100 Day of ÁñÁ«¹ÙÍø photos.
Congratulations Kindergarten on your first 100 days of school! You are AMAZING!
